Intrascape Developments, based on Gabriola Island, is a company that was set up in 2008 when an opportunity came up  to purchase three acres of commercially zoned land on two separately titled lots with excellent exposure.  The vision was to create a new modern West coast entrance to Gabriola’s commercial core, to diversify the retail and services offered here, and to create more opportunities for independent businesses and local employment.  Now that the first two phases are complete the prime focus of Intrascape is to manage the property and buildings and to ensure the prosperity of all the businesses that make Madrona Marketplace what it is.  This year we are honored to have been named as a finalist in the Vancouver Island commercial building awards.
